We welcome referrals from professionals, organisations, and individuals who believe someone could benefit from our housing and support services. Whether you're a social worker, healthcare provider, charity partner, or someone seeking help for yourself or a loved one—we’re here to listen and respond.

Who Can Refer?
We accept referrals from:
•     Local authorities and social services
•     NHS and mental health professionals
•     Probation and youth offending teams
•     Schools, colleges, and education providers
•     Charities and third-sector organisations
•     Faith groups and community leaders
•     Individuals and families (self-referrals)

Who We Support
We provide housing and tailored support for:
•     Individuals at risk of homelessness
•     Survivors of domestic abuse
•     Young people leaving care or education
•     People with mental health needs
•     Ex-offenders seeking stable accommodation
•     Vulnerable adults in need of safe housing
 

How to Refer Someone
Referring is simple. You can either:

2 - Call Us for Advice - 07523 704 468 - Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

3 - Use Our Online Referral Form below to submit referrals securely via our website.
